The EEE HOTLINE (833-922-9333) is available 24/7 to answer emergency calls.

What you can expect
When you call the EEE HOTLINE, an EEE Dispatch Team member will ask you questions from the REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE form and will contact the EEE Evac Management Team, who will assist you. If needed, the Evac Management Team will request approval from the Sheriff’s Office to cross roadblocks.
During evacuations, EEE carefully documents the chain of custody of your animals (to include photographs) from intake to discharge. You will be asked to sign chain of custody forms, including the EEE Hold Harmless Waiver and Release, prior to EEE evacuating your animals. If you are not on site, the EEE Evac Management Team can obtain your permission via phone/text.
EEE has highly experienced and trained Evacuators ready to help you. EEE trailers are inspected annually to support the safe transport of your animals.
